   You get a unique customer reference (e.g. DDL-CUS-00001) that goes on every package.

   Buy from your supplier

   Use your reference as the shipping mark. Our China receiving address appears in your account once it has been verified.

   Send a pre-alert

   Tell us the supplier, contents, value and supplier tracking number, and upload the invoice.

4. 4

   We receive and measure

   Warehouse staff confirm arrival, weigh and measure, and photograph your package.

5. 5

   Choose air or sea

   You receive the final charge based on actual measurements, then we ship to Ghana.

A package is only marked received after our warehouse staff physically confirm it.
